WHY WE CELEBRATE YOGA DAY??







Yoga is an traditional physical, mental and spiritual practices that originate in India. The word ‘yoga’ taken from lang. Sanskrit and means  add or to unite, symbolism the union of body.

Today, this is practice in many forms all over the world and remains to grow in popularity.

Recognize its universal announcement, the UN proclaimed 21 June like the International Day of Yoga.

 International Day of Yoga goal to spread awareness world wide to the many benefits of practices yoga.

The written resolution establish the International Day of Yoga was made by India and endorsed by  175 member states. This proposal was firstly introduce by Prime Minister Narendra damodar das Modi in his addressing during the open of the 69th sessions of the General Assembly, in which he said: “Yoga is a most valuable gift from our ancient traditional. Yoga shows that unity of mind and body, thoughts and action ... a precious approaches  is valuable for our health and our living-being. Yoga is not  about exercise; it is also a way to invent the sense of one with yourself, the world and the environment.”



The individual notes “the value of individuals and populations making healthy choices and following life methods that faster good health.” In this note, the World Health Organization has also comment its member of states to help their citizen decrease physical inactivity, which is across the top five leading cause of death world wide, and a type of risk reason for non-communicable diseases, such as cardio diseases, cancer & diabetes.

But yoga is extra than a physical activity.

IN MODERN LIFE STYLE,FITNESS INCLUDING MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH BECOME A MAJOR CHALLENGE .NOWADAYS ,MAJORITY OF PEOPLE ARE FACING MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES..


In out of ten , nine people are suffering from depression , anxiety, stress, insomnia due to their hectic schedule of modern lifestyle. At the present COVID situation, it became very crucial to take care of our health for the maintenance of physical and mental well-being. 


Physical health and mental health are interrelated and inseparable from one another, illness of one affects the other. In past decade people used to say: Healthy mind lives in a health body and vice versa. So, we need to take care of our health to keep our mind healthy and only healthy mind can breed up the optimistic and positive thinking. Meditation and yoga are good habits to opt for achieving the goal of healthy and peaceful life, it is the best way to enhance overall well-being and quality of life. Meditation helps to reduce stress, and can cure from depression, anxiety and sleeping illness.


Meditation and yoga has ability to reframe our body and mind, it boosts emotional feelings and happiness by enhancing the level of oxytocin (love hormone) and serotonin (happy hormone). Meditation relieves our mind from distressing thoughts and learn how to handle with thoughts without getting stuck into it. With practicing yoga and meditation we can easily move on from any stressful incident happened in past and easily being focused in present situation. Where meditation promotes spiritual development, yoga promotes physical development by enhancing the muscular strength and flexibility of our body. Meditation and Yoga helps to improves self-confidence, attentiveness, and concentration power, and give optimistic view towards life, which promotes healing from any illness.

 Breathing techniques in yoga plays a vital role to strengthen your immune system and cardiovascular system. Thus, Combination of both yoga and meditation can bring out the overall personality development. Meditation and yoga provide magical power to human, through which one can win the world
.main thing is that it helps us to develop the personality of a person due to it a person becomes fit and fine with mind and body . All the disease that will comes in our body through the through the internal organ and the organism will be cure easily with the yoga and meditation. Here yoga represent the vital roll to internal diseases and internal problem in our body also make fit our body from outside as external body parts and meditation mainly hit our mind part to be more healthier.

YOGA PREFERENCES OVER EXERCISE 

Yoga: It helps to develop muscles even over the bone surface, increasing flexibility. 

Yoga is even an energy efficient activity.






ExerciseExercise only focus on increasing muscle mass. As a result, the length of the 

muscle become shorten and flexibility decrease by time.

    • AFTER WAKING UP EARLY IN THE MORNING





    DEEP BREATHING (3-5min) - :

    AFTER TAKING SITTING POSITION OF MEDITATION INHALE LONG BREATHE AND EXHALED SUDDEN ,  IN ORDER TO DO THAT IT IMMUNE OR PROTECT FROM THE DISEASE OF OUR LUNGS , HEART , BLOOD PRESSURE, PANCREAS ETC.
    Deep breathing goes inside our lungs and go in the heart and out carbon dioxide from there and inject oxygen there due to deep breathing we exit the carbon dioxide from heart due to it it makes on the the blood of heart and supply to the every part of the body and mix with the the blood main thing that we have to do in the deep breathing is that we have to to take a long breath. The oxygen that we take or we inhale that spread all over the body parts and mix with the blood of their because during the the exercise and gym a chemical mix with our sweat and harm our body e bones due to less of oxygen and due to the chemical our bones started to make a sound if we are folding our bones or doing some exercise. That means there oxygen levels is low for that we have to to inhale the the oxygen at a level. Benefit of it is that there is is is equal distribution of oxygen in every part of our body till leg and toes. Due to Deep breathing we inhale maximum amount of oxygen from our nose and exhale more amount of carbon dioxide from our body d in a large amount by holding power breath for 30sec. And it also improve our breathing holding power that how much time we can hold our breath.

    KAPAL BHATI (5-10min) -:

    IN ORDER TO DO  REMAINS SITTING POSITION EXHALED WITH SHRINK OF THE STOMACH , IT GIVE IMMUNITY TO FIGHT WITH ALL THE DISEASE , BALANCED ALL HARMONE, MAKE BETTER FLOW OF BLOOD AND IMMUNE OUR ALL INTERNAL SYSTEM OF BODY. It is a type of meditate or  meditation which is is mostly e comes in the work of of concentration or focus on the study. Which is is extremely good for the student on focusing on their studies. It is a type of parayanam which help us to concentrate or meditate on the the breathing of a person.
    It is very important for the student that he have to do do it in the morning for before doing the studies due to it it he or she can focus on the studies easily and remembering capable power of memory can increase due to it student can easily remember but they study in last few days ago. In process to do that student should do it once in the morning and second in the evening time that can help the student in the studies with that student it can improve their studies and makes our their memories power. Due to it they can easily remember eyes at the examination time what they have studies in the class at home or or wherever they have studies related to their subjects. It also make the the mind sharp and help in concentrated on the work so so all have to do kapalbhati Pranayam in twice a day due to it they can make sharp their mind and easily can do their work for focusing on the work aur concentrate on the work whatever they do everything need concentration aur focus on the work that they do.


    ANULOM VELOM (3-5min) -:

    REMAINING IN THE SAME POSITION IN ODER TO DO THAT PUT YOUR FINGER ON THE ONE SIDE OF YOUR NOSE AND INHALE THE LONG BREATHE FROM ANOTHER ONE . AFTER TAKING BREATHE CHANGE THE SIDE NOW EXHALED FROM OTHER SIDE AND NEXT VICE VERSA...... IT OPEN ALL BLOCKAGE OF HEART AND MAKE BETTER TO OUR RESPIRATORY SYSTEM AND GIVE IMMUNE TO FIGHT WITH CORONA VIRUS  . It is our traditional exercise that it has been come from our traditional person that they will tell about the the benefit of anulom vilom and process of of doing it. Main thing is that we have to do all the exercise in a right way otherwise they will affect wrongly on our body aur body parts this exercise is for our internal system Or organ  to cure or to make more effective and more responsive this yoga anulom belong help us to 2 same bring pure oxygen from environment to 2 hearts and had bring all pure oxygen two other body parts with mixing with blood. And help to not to create any type of disease internally in body due to it all maximum amount of carbon dioxide will easily e exit from our body. Their effect we have to seen  internally not externally  due to this confusion that there is no effect of anulom vilom externally on our body we left it but we don't have to do that because they don't show responsive effect for benefit externally on our body it seems only e internally. Time to do this yoga or anulom vilom is in in morning or evening time whenever we fail that there is a a pure oxygen or cancer a non polluted air in the environment due to it  inhale pure oxygen at morning time and evening time and and also there is a piece of silence in the environment more than evening time, morning time is better than evening time. Because there is more silence then evening time due to it be have to to wake up early in the morning to do that in a right way


    EXCEPT THESE THERE ARE YOGA THAT WE HAVE TO DO THAT IS "SURYA NAMASKAR" THAT WE HAVE TO DO ..........
